A Heritage That Sparkles

Currie’s roots run deep in Auchinleck, Ayrshire. Our original lemonade and soft drink works stood close to what is now the Tesco site near Tam’s Garage. Over the years, Currie’s became a fixture of local life — not just as a drink, but as a symbol of community, work, and shared memories.

At one time, our dark red cola was known as “Currikola” before we embraced the name Currie’s Red Kola. In its heyday, the factory also produced lemonade and other fizzy flavours, and memorabilia like calendars, labels and tins turned up in homes throughout the area.

Modern Approach

Although our factory in Auchinlech has long since closed, Currie's as a brand lives on today, with a focus on producing Refreshingly Fizzy drinks that will take you back to your childhood.
