Shipping policy

Courier Delivery

We use APC to fulfill all of our UK orders. This does not include Northern Ireland. If your order is placed before 10pm, your order will be processed and made ready for collection the next working day. The courier will collect your shipment from our warehouse and will typically deliver the next working day depending on your location.

You will be updated via email and/or text message along the fulfilment stages.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are as follows:

Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery, however surcharges based on your delivery location will still apply.
Your full delivery charge including tax will be calculated at checkout.

Collection

We offer a free click and collect service from our warehouse in Blantyre. At checkout, choose the collect option and pick a date and time that suits you. Our collection times are between 2-5pm, Monday to Friday and it takes approximately 24 hours for us to prepare your collection.

The minimum order value for collection is £30.

  1. Enter premises via the 'Goods In' entrance. Report into our Dispatch office, the left hand Portacabin.
  2. Our dispatch team will take a note of your name and vehicle registration name to identify you. a member of staff will then fulfil your collection.

Things to consider:

  1. Please turn up for your collection as near to your time slot as possible.
  2. Please be careful when you visit our premises. We operate a very busy operational yard and there may be large trucks which can not always see small vehicles, so remain cautious and ensure your car is out the way as much as possible.
  3. Our staff will load your order into your boot or leave at the rear of your vehicle.
  4. Once the operator has finished they will invite you to check your order
  5. Please note that no errors can be corrected once you leave the loading area.
  6. Please note there is a strict one-way system in operation.
