3. Products

We sell bottles and cans of soft drinks. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours and packaging accurately, the actual product may vary.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance takes place when we dispatch your order.

5. Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled by our courier partners.

  • Delivery is typically within 2–5 working days depending on your UK location.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with UK consumer law.

  • To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable).

  • Goods must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

  • Please note: We cannot accept returns of perishable goods that have been opened.

7. Prices & Availability

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • If there is an error in pricing, we will notify you before processing your order.

8. Complaints Handling

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

  • Our total liability for any loss shall not exceed the total price of the products purchased.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
